In 2021, ALEAN R&D Center continued to work hard, based on professional alarms, smart fire protection and IoT sensing, and launched a series of innovative products, such as regional radars, laser beams and other professional alarm equipment, as well as smoke, air, and Smart sensors such as door sensors. At the market level, the continuous deepening of application fields in transportation, elderly care, cultural museums, real estate, campuses, etc. not only achieved sustained and rapid growth in performance, but also promoted the ALEAN brand into a new stage.
ALEAN is an IoT sensor & smart fire-fighting product and solution provider with alarm as the core, integrating R&D, sales, production and service. With the increasing market demand, more requirements are put forward for production and manufacturing. For this reason, the two workshops of the ALEAN Manufacturing Center are running at high speed, and the automated production, inspection and testing equipment are fully escorted. All employees also stick to it with full passion. In each position, deliver tasks with quality and quantity.
In order to further enhance the professional skills of employees and improve production efficiency, on December 10th, the ALEAN Manufacturing Center organized and held the fifth "King Cup" Staff Skills Competition. This year, a theoretical knowledge test and a link to win only if you love "fighting" have been added. At the same time, the individual competition has been upgraded to a group competition, transforming from the previous traditional industrial skills competition to a "civil and martial arts" competition. This move not only allows everyone to better grasp the actual theoretical knowledge and stimulate the potential of employees, but also helps to enhance the group's "combat" ability through teamwork and better achieve corporate goals.
